This site provides basic information about Parkinson's disease,including frequently asked questions and a glossary of terms. Visitors can also sign-up for a free newsletter, email updates, caregiver training and the read the latest news in research. The site also offers a long list of links to other websites for further information, as well as a recommended reading list.
Christopher and Dana Reeve Paralysis Foundation
The Foundation provides information and referrals about research on paralysis issues. The website contains an online library catalog, as well as sections containing information on active living, information for children, caregivers, tools and technology and other resources that are available. They also publish a free book "Paralysis Resource" for consumers that is available in English or Spanish.
