This stretching DVD has 5 segments of about 10 minutes each:
1.Upper Body, Back & Hips
2.Hips & Legs
3.Sedentary Lifestyle Relief
4.Sports Stretch
5.Intense Stretch
It is an introduction to different kinds of stretching. Although some of the stretches will be challenging for those who haven't done them before, it will always be possible to do a simple version of them. The five sections are not designed to be performed in a sequence, but it can make sense to do 2 or 3 of them. They provide good stretches of different muscles, and may help make people aware of muscles they didn't know about before. They should help give a way of relaxing and reducing stress. The final section, "Intense Stretch," gives some basic yoga positions -- the stretching there is not really intense, but it does feel good. The production qualities on this DVD are pretty good: the menu works, the camerawork is professional, and Annette Fletcher is a proficient instructor. She talks through the different sections in a studio with a wooden floor and good light. There's bland new age music in the background. This DVD would be best for people who have never done stretching before, or are looking for a very easy way to start getting into yoga.
