General Mental Health Services

All SEABHS outpatient clinics offer a variety of General Mental Health Services for adults, 18 and older who do not receive services through our SMI and substance abuse programs. All of our clinics can provide psychiatric medications, medication monitoring, individual therapy, marital therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and case management services (i.e. transportation, housing referrals, vocational rehabilitation referrals) to General Mental Health clients. Depending on the particular clinic, therapy could include anger management, stress management, sex abuse survivor's groups, depression groups, anxiety groups, hypnosis, and other modalities.
